Double Dippin' with DeNami & Play Date Cafe

I am sooooo excited to bring you a card for the DeNami Design Sketch Challenge #7 (fabulous sketch courtesy of Michele), and I am ECSTATIC to enter a challenge at the Play Date Cafe for the FIRST time! Julie Ranae created a gorgeous color combination, so I couldn't resist delving into this fantastic challenge. PLUS, I got a new plaid border punch today, and I just HAD to try it! Oh, and here's a tip about Copic markers that you may or may not already know. Did you know that you can use your Copic markers to COLOR ribbon? It's true! I needed purple ribbon, but I didn't have any, so I actually took some light blue grosgrain ribbon and colored it using a Copic marker in the exact shade of purple I wanted. How fun is that? I love my Copics!

Now here's my card:

Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Crafting!

Amy

Such pretty tulips, AMy! Now, if only the real tulips would start popping up from the ground like yours does here, it'd be a happy start to Spring! THanks for joining us at the Play Date CAfe.
