Well, I'm happy that it's another blog hop day for DeNami Design, but I've been so swamped, so I'm going to make this short and sweet (which is definitely a change for those of you who have read my previous ramblings).
You should have arrived from Greta's blog: GG Creations. She's such a talented blogger!

My list of people I should send THANK YOU cards to seems a mile long, so when I saw this theme, I was thrilled because it would get my act in gear to make those needed cards. However, life got in the way. I've been so busy. I've had no time. I started making these cards a few weeks ago, and then BAM! I lost my mojo mid-card. I was just stumped. Couldn't figure out how to fix it. So, that's when I started making the second card. However, I hit a brick wall there, too. However, here I am...the night before the hop, and I have two unfinished cards! ACK! When in doubt, though...add RIBBON!!
So......here are my cards:
Here's a close-up of the layered ribbons I used. You can also see the background stamping better. (Please note, the ink colors didn't photograph well. I actually used Memento inks in Bamboo Leaves, Rhubarb Stalk, Rich Cocoa & Potter's Clay...all very autumnal colors. However, the photograph looks almost neon. Go figure.)
Here is card #2:

Next stop on the blog hop is the phenomenal Wendy Elliot. She's one of my biggest inspirations, and I'm always in awe of her!
Thanks for stopping by!
HAPPY CRAFTING!

These don't look unfinished to me Amy. Both are beautiful CAS designs. I love the background only top panel of the first and the colorful thank yous. The second card is so pretty and a great idea. I follow the same ribbon rule though. When in doubt, put a ribbon on it! ;)
What wonderful CAS cards!!!
Beautiful ribbons! Perfect to accent your simple cards!
Wonderful designs on each one. I love how the sentiment stands out!
The gold background stamping is great!
Don't know how to solve your "neon" look photograph but the ribbons and leaf ribbon do add nice touches to your muli-stamped thank yous!!
I really like card #2 and I love the beautiful ribbon! So pretty!
Amy, these cards are so cute, colorful, and full of thankful thoughts!! All of those great DeNami sentiments look amazing. Lovely creations :)!
They are beautiful - I love all the little details!
What a fun and creative way to use the Ornamental Centerpiece stamp! Such a fun background and I like the different colored inks you used!
awwww, I love how both of these cards turned out, especially card #2 - very creative!
Your ribbons are so pretty! They add just the right touch.
Great cards. Love the background stamping & the "finishing" with ribbon. Thanks.
I LOVE ribbon & it's saved me more than a few times. Both cards are just lovely! I forget to use words for backgrounds & I really like the second card with the words on top of the images.
I love how you stamped the background then put the sentiments on top. Both cards are great.
I like your colorful stamping and choice of ribbons.
I like your idea of combing sentiments to make a background! Great work Amy!!
Oh those crafting block night are rough! But your cards ended up adorable!! Great job!
Pretty cards - love your embellishments!
Amy, these thank you cards are fantastic! The ribbon is a great addition.
