I'm so excited to be a part of this month's DeNami Design blog hop! Hopefully, you've hopped your way to my page via Audrey Goff's blog: Aud Cards and Sweet Paper Treats. Seriously...how cute is that name? I love it! Her cards are really adorable, and I LOVE how colorful her blog page is! If for some reason you didn't get here via her page, make sure to check it out by clicking here. OR...if you're just now joining the blog hop, start from the beginning at DeNami Design's blog page. See below for your next stop on the blog hop! With a theme as fun as 'Cuddly Critters,' I couldn't make just one card! Card number one uses all four puppy stamps from the Playful Puppies Petit Four set by DeNami. Aren't these puppies adorable? I love them! I colored them using Copic markers, and I added Fun Fluff to make them cuddly soft!
Supplies: Stamps: Playful Puppies Petit Four Set and Everyday Greetings Petit Four Set by DeNami Design Paper: Coredinations paper was used to create the grassy hills. All other papers (background, clouds, and fence) were scraps given to me by a friend. Ink: Tuxedo Black and Rich Cocoa by Memento Embellishments: Stickles, Fun Fluff (by DeNami) Other: Copic Markers For my second card, I wanted a little fun and whimsy. I thought of the old saying, "If money grew on trees..." I thought, "What would a puppy want?" This is what I came up with:
Supplies: Stamps: Winter Evergreen Tree, Puppy (from Playful Puppies Petit Four Set) and Doggie Bone all by DeNami Design Ink: Tuxedo Black and Rich Cocoa by Memento, Bahama Blue, Pear Tart, New Sprout, and Cottage Ivy by Memento (applied to tree and background using random cut pieces of Cut-n-Dry Stamp Pad Foam by Inkssentials) Paper: DCWV, The Paper Company Embellishments: White Enamel Accents (by Inkssentials), embroidery thread, Fabric tape (by e2Daily), red satin bow (from ribbon by May Arts), Distress Stickles Other: Copic Markers If you would like more information about any products or techniques, please feel free to send me an email or leave a comment.
